Shipping & Handling Policy

Shipping and handling policy:

We deliver to all Zip codes in India at minimal cost. However, courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide a full street address with pin code / zip code.

Some courier company parcel may be left at the door or neighbours if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answer the doorbell or call.

Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.

Due to certain regulatory and operational restrictions, we are unable to offer Cash On Delivery payment methods.

Also be aware that all shipments to any Hotels/Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not accept your package, or it is refused for any reason, Greenvale.in (Greenvale Eco Products Pvt. Ltd.) will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall Greenvale.in  (Greenvale Eco Products Pvt. Ltd.) attempt re-shipment of the same order.

Courier Company will try 2 times to deliver the parcel for shipment after that customer will have to pick up the parcel from your relative courier office in your area and the charges will be bared by customer.

Transit Risk:

Greenvale.in (Greenvale Eco Products Pvt. Ltd. ) is shipping all parcels as fully assured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, the customer will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours, but Greenvale.in (Greenvale Eco Products Pvt. Ltd. ) will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 working days and after confirmation from the customer, then after we will reprocess / reship the order, but it will depend upon the product availability

Tracking Your Order:

As soon as the product is dispatched, we will email/Text you regarding the shipment of your order, when the product is handed over to the Courier.

Email/Text will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail along with date of expecting delivery.

Address change requests:

Once an order is registered, you can request for address change within 16 hours of placing the order. You may send your shipping address alteration request to ecom.greenvale@gmail.com and the needful will be done.

Incorrect or incomplete address:

Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not Greenvale.in (Greenvale Eco Products Pvt. Ltd. ). Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

All products are firstly packed & taped with Greenvale Eco Products. Then delivered to the courier service person.

For each product we have mentioned time to ship along with the product description. These are indicative & approx. values only and products can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of product and other factors.

It is advisable to email/Text us with the product codes to get a more accurate time to ship estimate.

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail/Text and for the same no compensation will be given.

However, any dates for delivery are approximate only, and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. Due to natural calamities like Snowfall, Flood, Earthquake, Tsunami etc... In such circumstances, we would not be able to deliver products on time.

VAT & customs duties:

VAT / Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different States and UTs and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by the respective country government.
