Refund & Cancellation Policy – Greenvale Eco Products

We at Greenvale Eco Products strive to ensure that your experience with us is smooth, satisfying, and aligned with our eco-friendly values. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations and refunds may be necessary. Please read the policy below carefully.


1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at ecom@greenvale.in with your order details.

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is not delivered within 15 working days due to a logistics error on our end.

  • The cancellation is made within the 24-hour window and the product hasn’t been shipped yet.


3. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days of receiving your request.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch.

  • Claims made after 48 hours of product delivery.

  • Products returned in used, damaged, or opened condition.

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging due to natural and sustainable materials used.


5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • Your full name

  • Order ID

  • Reason for cancellation or refund

  • Photos (in case of defective or damaged product)
