Refund & Cancellation Policy – Greenvale Eco Products
We at Greenvale Eco Products strive to ensure that your experience with us is smooth, satisfying, and aligned with our eco-friendly values. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations and refunds may be necessary. Please read the policy below carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please email us at ecom@greenvale.in with your order details.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is not delivered within 15 working days due to a logistics error on our end.
The cancellation is made within the 24-hour window and the product hasn’t been shipped yet.
3. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days of receiving your request.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Orders cancelled after dispatch.
Claims made after 48 hours of product delivery.
Products returned in used, damaged, or opened condition.
Minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging due to natural and sustainable materials used.
